Our world is in a bad state of affairs and people are negatively impacted. It’s a strange time we are all facing together. People are stuck inside, not sure what to do, overeating, and glued to the pessimistic news which helps to create low energy and a bleak outlook on life. Our minds and bodies are seemingly all doom and gloom.
A diet loaded with saturated fats, cholesterol, antibiotics, and steroids, common ingredients in animal products, impact our bodies in detrimental ways weighing us down mentally and physically causing inflammation, illness, and disease.
Look around you. There are too many sick people grappling with major diseases that could be helped and even prevented by food choices alone, but prefer to continue living their unhealthy lifestyle and would rather pop a pill then give up everything they think they know about food and food choices.
If everyone else is consuming meat, dairy, and eggs, it must be good for you, right? Wrong!
So what can we do to change that?
Eat, think, and live positively by switching to a plant-based diet to raise your energy levels and empower your immune system to conquer the crisis.
A plant-based diet is capable of providing you with all of your nutritional needs including fats, carbohydrates, protein, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and essential amino acids.
Plant-based diets are also high in fiber and water from fruits and vegetables. Because our bodies consist of up to 60% water and we use water for so many bodily functions, consuming enough water daily is very important to help our bodies to thrive mentally and physically.
Adopting a well-balanced plant-based diet helps your body to thrive on the inside and out. When you eat well, you feel well. When you feel well, you think well. Positivity returns.
As more and more people go plant-based every year, the fundamental realization that humans really aren’t meant to eat meat or any animal by-products is gaining ever more prominence.
The time is now. A healthy body equals a healthy mind.
